Hobby Horse Sweater  (from Leisure Arts Publication #5737 Adorable Baby Sweaters)

The graph has one too few sts on it. Add one more column of squares (all empty) to the left side of the graph.
On rows 1 and 3 of the graph, there are 4 fewer sts than are shown in the graph.
Row 1 should read: k4, wrap the next 3 sts as per instructions, k17, wrap next 3 sts, k5.
Row 3 should read: k3, k3tog, yo, central double increase, yo, k3tog-b, k15, k3tog, yo, central double increase, yo, k3tog-b, k3.  After that row, the graph will be correct (once the extra column of sts is added on).

Flower Garden Jacket  (from Leisure Arts Publication #5737 Adorable Baby Sweaters)
Row 2 of Right Front it should read (to clarify which purl sts are wrapped twice):
Row 2: P2tog, p4(6,8); purl next 5 sts (wrapping yarn twice around each st as they are purled); p11(11,13); purl next 5 sts (wrapping yarn twice around each st as they are purled); p5, k3.
Row 2 of Left Front would be worked in the Reverse of the above.

There is some confusion on how to work Row 3 of the Right Front. (The Left Front will be worked similarly, although in reverse. Once you understand what you doing, it becomes easier to follow). Here is a breakdown, in steps, how to work row 3:
1. k4.
2. Slip 4 sts wyib
3. The next sts on the needle are your double wrapped sts from the row before. You will drop the next 2 loops (= one double wrap) making a long single loop. Let this long single loop just hang to the front of your work for a bit. (These elongated sts become of the leaves of the flower)
4. slip the same 4 sts on your RH needle back to the LH needle  (these are the sts from step 2)
5.Now, pick up that long loop hanging at the front of your work and place it on your LH needle.
6. Now, k2tog through the back loop (the long st and the next one)
7. k3 sts.
8. Now, you are going to slip the next 3 double wraps to the RH needle, but drop the second wrap of each one -- making three elongated loops.
9. Finally, drop the last double wrap to the front of your work and let this one hang there for a bit.
10. Slip next 4 sts to RH needle.
11. Pick up the elongated loop hanging at the front of your work and place it on your LH needle,
12. Slip the 4 sts back to your LH needle.
13. k3 sts.
14. k2 tog  (the next st + the elongated loop)

Now, you will k 3(3,5) sts and then repeat from step 2.

(November 2014)
For a short time, I had the wrong file available for upload. It didn't have all the size options and/or stitch counts. Here are those corrections, if you happened to get one of those copies:
  • In the "Materials" section, you need 4(4,5,5) buttons.
  • In the paragraph right before Bodice after "From this point on, bodice will be worked in rows," it should continue: On the 4 sts of Left Buttonhole Band (worked in garter st), make buttonholes on right side as follows, starting on row 13(15,13,15) and repeating every 10 rows: k2, yo, k2tog.
  • Right Back: 27(28,30,31) sts:
